Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our business hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to
3:00 pm.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are at Blanco and Basse (4434 Blanco Rd), about four miles inside Loop 410 in San Antonio,
Texas.

Q: How much does it cost to clean a leather or suede jacket?
A: We charge $45 for most leather or suede jackets.

Q: How much does it cost to clean a fur?
A: The cleaning, glazing, and conditioning prices vary depending on several factors. Bring your
garment in to receive an accurate estimate. Other places seldom run specials on cleaning, however,
garments are inspected prior to cleaning and rips are often found. The advantage to choosing Elegant
Furs is that since we have an in-house master furrier, we can keep our repair prices low. This also
means that your garment is cleaned and repaired without ever leaving our building!

Q: What is the turnaround time for cleaning a leather?
A: Normal processing time is one to two weeks.

Q: The color of my leather jacket has faded. Can you dye it?
A: We do not dye garments. Dyeing is a step of the manufacturing process and your garment will not
look presentable if dyed once it's put together.

Q: Can I get an estimate for a repair or alteration on a fur or leather?
A: Yes! But we need to see the garment in person to give you an estimate. Every garment and its work
needed are unique.

Q: I just inherited a fur and I have no idea what it is; can you help me?
A: You're welcome to bring in your fur for us to identify – free of charge!
